Minutes of 2/5/15 Meeting @ 6:30 am
Meeting opened @ 6:35 Doug Briggs, Mike Sullivan, Mark O’Clair, Tom Dufault and Attorney Paul Cranston.
- Attorney Cranston outlined issues with proposal –indicated that the proposal was non-responsive based on statements within.
- Board agreed to accept proposal and extended deadline for further review. Agreed price is not issue, however it was technicalities and deficiencies within the proposal.
- Road – main road through property - issue is still open.
- Water and sewer issues were discussed.
- Reviewed minutes of 1/30/15.
- Meeting adjourned at 7:15.
- Next meeting 2/12/15.
